Linger Cafe in Victoria

"Lovely food. Linger Patisserie Cafe makes great cakes, they’re not cheap but they are heavenly. My goto is their watermelon cake. I see that Linger cafe has got Labubu-fever as well with a line of Labubu cakes. Meal-wise, I always find it hard to go past their “Catch the Crab”, a pasta dish with crab and prawn meat topped with half a crispy soft shell crab. Their “beef cheek bourguignon” is excellently done as well but is very, very filling. The “Linger Reuben” sandwich will have reuben sandwich lovers salivating. Coffee is excellent, but I tend to order the “taro latte” as it is one of the few places in Melbourne that has it available. All-in-all a great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch."

"What a pretty cafe! So cosy and welcoming. Brunch was really yummy paired with great coffee. We had the crab pasta and salmon. Both perfectly executed and well presented. Not forgetting their super cute animal desserts. They are both cute and yummy! Be sure to leave room for them!"

The ambiance is beautiful—cozy, inviting, and filled with aesthetic touches like warm lighting and cute corners that make you want to stay a little longer (and snap a few pics, of course!). I ordered the Gangnam Chicken Burger and it did not disappoint. The French toast was another standout. Total comfort food! And the animal-shaped desserts? Adorable and delicious! Almost too cute to eat, but too good not to. Each one was beautifully crafted and full of delicate flavor. Highly recommend for a chill brunch date, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself. This place is a whole vibe. Will definitely be back!"

"This is a lovely cafe with indoor and outdoor seatings. It is situated in an old church building so it has a lot of character. Foods were nice and staff were very friendly too. A good place to catch up with family and friends. Make sure you check out their cakes too when you are there."

"This church style cafe has not only delicious food but also great vibe! My partner and I went there for a brunch and loved it. We had lamb shakshuka and Tijuana Benny which is their version of eggs benedict. Both were delicious! Will come back again."
